Collection and Processing of Payments

Any postal office and station renders the practiced set of financial services, including collection of processing of various payments, such as payments for utility and housing services, electric energy, water supplies, gas, telephone, Internet, cable television and others.

Kazpost cooperates with various companies and second level banks in the sphere of collection of payment for partial pay-out of bank loans and credits, account transactions, payment for procured goods and commodities, training and other.

Tax and Other Mandatory Payments

Kazpost accepts cash from individuals and public administration body representatives for payment of taxes and other mandatory Republic of Kazakhstan payments and levies. 7 types of payments are processed free of charge.

On-Line Payments

Kazpost has cooperation with LLP CyberPlat Kazakhstan, so presently consumers may make payments to the following companies through CyberPlat terminals in Kazpost offices and stations:

Partial payments discharging bank loans and credits are collected by Kazpost on behalf of the following second level banks and other financial institutions:

Payments to Insurance Companies

Insurance companies: General Life Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A.; SFK-INSURANCE company of the Union of Farmers of Kazakhstan; SK TransOil; Allianz Kazakhstan; Alliance Policy.

Payment to Public Enterprises

Payments for academic tests, fast document production, Social Insurance Number procedures and other mandatory payments processed by Kazpost in the framework of relevant counter-agent agreements with the following companies:

 - Republican State Enterprise “Information and Processing Center of the Committee of Registration Service and for Legal Assistance on Behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ministry of Justice”; Republic State Enterprise “National Testing Center” and GCVP.

Payment for Goods and Commodities

Payment for goods and commodities, including printed materials and cosmetics, training and academic courses, catalogue orders and many other operations from the following companies:

 - IPS Ltd; Reader’s Digest; ОТТО Premium Partner LTD; Otto Postal Goods; Posyltorg GmbH; Katorg GmbH; Avon Cosmetic Kazakhstan and LLP ESHKO.

Cooperation with Jilstroysberbank (JSSB)

Kazpost cooperates with JSSB in the sphere of accepting and processing of dwelling and housing savings and collection of commission fees payable to JSSB, dispatch of accumulated cash, allocation of dwelling and housing loans and credits.

JSSB and Kazpost developed their agent agreement and included into it consulting and calculation of indicators, formation of electronic requisition forms, acceptance of documents and formalization of agreements on dwelling and housing savings, transfer of payment and processing of documents.

Both companies cooperation in district centers and rural communities, thus involving more rural dwellers into the housing and dwelling savings business. Individuals may enter into agreements with JSSB in any Kazpost office and station.
