1) Republic of Kazakhstan Financial Market and Financial Entities Regulation Agency unlimited license № 040 120 0704 of 3 February 2004, to perform brokerage and dealership in the securities markets with the right to keep client accounts in the capacity of nominal holder.

 2) Republic of Kazakhstan Financial Market and Financial Entities Regulation Agency unlimited license № 14 of 24 February 2006 to perform operations regulated by the Republic of Kazakhstan banking legislation.

 3) Republic of Kazakhstan Financial Market and Financial Entities Regulation Agency unlimited license № 001 of 12 May 2006 to perform transfer-agent activity.
