 Limited Liability Partnership “Joint Venture Electronpost.kz” (LLP JV Electronpost.kz) – a company set up by Kazpost in 2006, in accordance to the 2006-2008 Development Plan approved by the Republic of Kazakhstan Resolution dated 27 March 2006  № 210.  The JV was established in cooperation with AS Eesti Elektronpost (Estonia) and Astermann LLP (UK).  Kazpost holds 33.3% interest in the LLP.

LLP JV Electronpost.kz, Scope of Activity

 - digital printing services;
 - data management, electronic and direct-response marketing serives;
 - printing of various materials, invoices and bills, notifications and advertisements;
 - folding service (packing into envelopes);
 - advertisement publishing and polygraphy
 

In 2009, the discussed company opened up a branch office in Astana.  The branch, in addition to other services, delivers informational logistics.

The company uses the most modern technologies, which technologies, presently, are the only ones of the kind available all over Central Asia.

Limited Liability Company “Joint Venture Kazpost GmbH”

The joint venture was incorporated on 1 February 2008 in the city of Hamburg, Federal Republic of Germany.  Its founder are Kazpost of Kazakhstan and HPO Service GmbH of Germany.

Kazpost GmbH Scope of Activity:

The joint venture’s core business is the performance of the function of postal traffic abroad, as well as inside sales in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the near future, the company will deliver logistics and catalog trade services in the territory of Kazakhstan on behalf of major home shopping and mail order companies, as well as conventional postal services.

At presently, the joint venture exists as a duly incorporated legal entity and holder of a license to deliver postal and mail services in accordance with the legislation of the Federal Republic of Germany.
