Kazpost is a postal office savings system (POSS) with a branchy network and oriented towards satisfaction of client expectations and demands. Kazpost officials and workers are full of willingness to continuously seek and achieve the recognition from clients, ambition to achieve leadership in the domestic postal and financial services market, strengthen positions in the global markets and, as a consequence, - strengthen the economic standing and the image of the Kazakhstan postal industry.

We operate in accordance to the Quality Management System, built in strict compliance to requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 international standard.

                                                      Company Policy № ПК СК-711-2010-ПУ-1.4 was adopted and  introduced in  practice                                                                        by Minutes of the Meeting of the Management Board №52 dated 30.09.2010. 

Kazpost designed, introduced in practice and now operates the Quality Management System (QMS) for Kazpost corporate headquarters and branches, for ensuring company’s compliance with ISO 9001:2008.

The said compliance was confirmed with certificates from the Russian Register Certification Association IQNet, which company unites 37 leading entities in the sphere of management system certificationя.  QMS covers the following service sectors: EMS Kazpost, payments processing, cash transfers  and parcels.
