In this area, work was carried out to increase competencies in the field of project management and change management, namely: 100% of the assessment coverage was provided when hiring and when conducting a comprehensive staff assessment; eight employees received an international certificate of IPMA standard; seventy-eight employees received internal training on change management as well as project management.
To accelerate the recruitment process and ensure a quick recruitment of teams, the personnel accounting processes are automated, a clear profile of the role in the team for each project is formed, and the project team resource management processes are built. Project managers are taught negotiation skills, systems thinking, communications. Agile approaches are being piloted on post.kz projects and digital offices. Work on personnel administration is carried out according to 31 HR processes. 22 processes have been put into operation, more than 800 employees have been trained, more than 300 events have been carried out, many processes have been automated, including internship and practice, personnel search and selection, training, etc.
