We strive to comply with the principles of ethical standards in all areas of relations with employees. Internal documents (Corporate Governance Code, Code of Business Ethics, Personnel Policy) determine the main priorities of the relationship.

HR policy is aimed at introducing best practices in personnel management. The accumulated methods and tools of personnel management, taking into account the best experience in the field of work with personnel, have formed a unified approach to ensuring the development of personnel.

The main goal of HR strategy is to increase the effectiveness of personnel management by creating a single human resources management system. As part of this strategy, in order to expand the workforce, model contracts have been updated, training in various areas has been carried out, staff optimization has been carried out.

The organizational structure is an important link in ensuring the effectiveness of staff development. In this area, work was carried out to increase competencies in the field of project management and change management, namely: 100% of the assessment coverage was provided when hiring and when conducting a comprehensive staff assessment; eight employees received an international certificate of IPMA standard; seventy-eight employees received internal training on change management as well as project management.

To accelerate the recruitment process and ensure a quick recruitment of teams, the personnel accounting processes are automated, a clear profile of the role in the team for each project is formed, and the project team resource management processes are built. Project managers are taught negotiation skills, systems thinking, communications. Agile approaches are being piloted on post.kz projects and digital offices. As a result of the work, the project provides bonuses for the successful completion of the project.

Work on personnel administration is carried out according to 31 HR processes. 22 processes have been put into operation, more than 800 employees have been trained, more than 300 events have been carried out, many processes have been automated, including internship and practice, personnel search and selection, training, etc.

In the processes of internal communication, the use of simplified tools for quick interaction is ensured: DropBox, Telegram, Youtube, Google disc, etc. Transparency and visibility goal setting, reporting and feedback are provided through the appropriate software.No translation yet
